Overall, these two regions are relatively safe for international tourists. However, due to political sensitivities in Tibet, temporary restrictions may apply. Please remain flexible, respect local customs, and follow your guide's instructions.
  4. Why are Tibet tourist flights being changed? What are the differences between flights to Nyingchi and Lhasa?

Tibet has complex terrain and changeable weather, resulting in a much higher frequency of flight disruptions compared to other regions. Common reasons include: sudden changes in plateau climate (low cloud cover, insufficient visibility), airport runway restrictions, full flights during peak season requiring rescheduling, and temporary airline scheduling.

⚠ Typical travel agency itineraries: may be adjusted according to local conditions. Please be sure to confirm the latest flight arrangements before departure.
