There are 55 scenic spots of various sizes in Kanas Scenic Area, which belong to 33 basic types, mainly including Kanas National Nature Reserve, Kanas National Geopark, Baihaba National Forest Park, Jadengyu National Forest Park, Kanas River Valley, Hemu River Valley, Naren Grassland, Hemu Grassland, Hemu Village, Baihaba Village, Kanas Village and other domestic and foreign famous landscape areas and three major cultural landscape areas.

Sanctuary Bay
Kanas Lake is a shallow beach formed in the low and gentle part of the mountain stream. The Kanas River becomes slow when it flows through here, and the river divides the forest and grassland into small islands. It is shrouded in clouds and mist all year round, like a fairyland, so it is named "Fairy Bay". The lake surface is backlit and glitters in the sunlight, as if countless pearls are scattered at will. Therefore, it is also called "Pearl Beach". In addition, there are often clouds and mist, and the mountain scenery, lake water, and trees complement each other, just like a fairyland.
Kanas River
The upper reaches are Kanas Lake, and Kanas River is the main tributary of Burqin River. It flows to Burqin County and is called Burqin River when it enters Burqin County.
Moon Bay
One of the three famous bays in Kanas, it is sandwiched between the east and west mountains. The river meanders along the mountains and is shaped like a crescent moon, hence the name Moon Bay. There are peaks and ridges on both sides of Moon Bay, dense primeval forests, towering ancient trees, and a large green lawn on the peninsula-shaped platform of the river bay under the forest. Due to the height difference of the lake bottom and the influence of light, the water of Moon Bay presents magnificent and changeable colors.
Wolong Bay
Kazan Lake, or the Pot Bottom Lake, is a series of river bays with winding shorelines formed by the long-term lateral erosion and scouring of the Kanas River. The river slows down here and the water surface is soft and wavy. Climbing up the lateral moraine platform at an altitude of 1,500 meters beside the east road, you can overlook the panorama of the Ω-shaped river bend, which looks like a dragon lying in the water, hence the name Wolong Bay. The water is clean and blue, clear and transparent, and the autumn colors are charming and sparkling!
Kanas Lake
Mongolian means "beautiful and mysterious lake"; the lake is surrounded by snow-capped peaks, towering mountains and vast forests, and the scenery is breathtaking. It is known as "a paradise on earth and the garden of God". It is also known as the Eastern Switzerland and a national 5A tourist area. It is a fascinating destination for all travel photography enthusiasts.

Fish-watching platform
Located on the Camel Peak on the west bank of Kanas Lake, it was artificially built in 1987 and is mainly for tourists to watch. The height difference of the lake surface is more than 670 meters. Because this is the best place to observe the Kanas Lake Monster, it is named "Fish Viewing Pavilion"; it is also a great place to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Kanas. Here, you can overlook Kanas Lake and have a panoramic view of three-quarters of the lake surface; at the same time, you can see the beautiful mountains around the lake with overlapping peaks, green peaks reflected, and clouds and waves; if you look north, the Kanas Lake winding from south to north is blocked by mountains, and the highest peak of Altai Mountain, Friendship Peak, can be clearly seen among the mountains.
