    You can choose to rent a local herdsman's horse team at the Fairy Lake parking lot, saving energy to go directly to Fairy Lake, but you can't stop to take pictures of the beautiful scenery along the way. If you choose to ride back and forth, you can only stay at the lake for half an hour.
  • Hiking [about 70 minutes up, about 45 minutes down]
    You need to climb a steep slope and several gentle slopes, and then cross a stream. You can take photos of the beautiful scenery along the way. It is suitable for friends with good physical strength.
  • Motorcycle [about 40 minutes]
    You can get there quickly by riding a local herdsman’s motorcycle, but be careful!

Things to note when traveling to Tangbula Grassland

  • Don't ride a horse when it's thundering or raining, and don't hold an umbrella when riding a horse.
  • Pay attention to sun protection. The ultraviolet rays are very strong. It will be hotter under the sun on a sunny day, but it won’t be too hot.
  • There is basically no signal on the mountain, so prepare some cash
  • The weather in the mountains is unpredictable and the temperature difference is large, so be sure to bring thick clothes and down jackets
  • Xinjiang is relatively dry, so you need to moisturize your skin. Bring enough water and moisturizer, skin care products, lip balm, facial mask, and sunscreen.
